Southside CSA

With a forecast calling for an 80% chance of rain, we decided to distribute inside the Woods. The night stayed dry (for once) as we  again enjoyed the hospitality of the Woods.

This week’s share included potatoes dug by members during their visit to the farm. Members also harvested carrots and beets.

• 1 bunch of Kale
• 2 Leeks
• 2 Beets
• 1 bunch Lemongrass
• 1 bunch Carrots
• 1 lb Red Potatoes
• 1 lb New Potatoes
• 1 head of Celery
• 1 Acorn Squash
• 2 Butternut Squash

Orchard Share

• 4 pounds of locally grown apples. 1 lb of each delectable variety.

Some members also helped wash the eggs during our field trip to Goshen.
